- Dimethyl silicone oil is a linear polysiloxane with a dimethylsiloxane backbone; it is a colorless, odorless, non‑toxic, non‑corrosive, transparent, inert organosilicon fluid.
- It exhibits excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, oxidation resistance, low surface tension, electrical insulation, lubricity, defoaming, and hydrophobicity, and is widely used in the chemical, electronics, machinery, textile, plastics, food, and medical industries.

- It exhibits extremely low surface tension and outstanding defoaming, hydrophobic, release‑agent, and wetting properties, forming a uniform film that does not attract dust.
- It exhibits excellent electrical insulation properties, with a high volume resistivity and low dielectric loss, making it an ideal material for electronic insulation, moisture protection, and potting.
- It exhibits excellent lubricity, providing superior lubrication for metals, plastics, and rubber; it does not form carbon deposits or oxidize, ensuring a long service life.
