Crude oil demulsifier

Crude oil demulsifiers are pure organic high‑molecular‑weight graft copolymers with a unique molecular structure. Upon dissolution in oily wastewater, they rapidly separate cutting oils, guide‑rail oils, rolling oils, and emulsified oils from water through interparticle adsorption–bridging and network‑capture mechanisms. They simultaneously remove oil, decolorize, and reduce COD, enabling one‑step demulsification and oil removal. This product exhibits excellent performance, rapid demulsification, and the ability to eliminate oily colloids; it achieves swift oil–water separation, with a decolorization rate exceeding 90% and a high COD removal efficiency, while generating minimal sludge.

Instructions for Use
- After diluting the product 2–5 times, add it directly to the wastewater, stir, and allow it to settle; the oil and water will then separate.
- The optimal pH range is 5–12, with particularly effective oil–water separation occurring at pH values between 7 and 9.
- The dosing point is typically located in pretreatment units such as grease traps and dissolved air flotation tanks within the wastewater treatment system to achieve oil–water separation.
- The dosage of the chemical is determined based on the oil content of the wastewater. When the oil concentration in the wastewater exceeds 1% (but does not exceed 5%), the recommended dosage is approximately 0.2% to 2%.
