    Feature


    • Stable appearance: The concentrate is colorless and transparent, free of impurities and without phase separation; upon dilution, it remains clear and stable, facilitating easy monitoring of the processing condition.
    • Rust and Corrosion Prevention: It provides excellent rust protection for HT300 gray cast iron, and causes no corrosion or discoloration on T2 red copper, 2A12 aluminum, or 7075 aluminum, making it suitable for multi-metal machining.
    • Excellent extreme-pressure lubrication: Excellent extreme-pressure performance, reducing tool wear and improving workpiece surface finish.
    • Low foam, low odor, long service life: It is resistant to foaming, has a mild odor, and resists spoilage, thereby reducing the frequency of fluid changes and lowering operating costs.

    Applicable materials: cast iron, carbon steel, copper, 2A12 aluminum, 7075 aluminum alloy, and other multi-metal materials.
    Machining processes: precision and general-purpose cutting operations such as turning, milling, drilling, boring, and grinding.
    Applicable scenarios: general machinery, automotive components, molds, and precision hardware machining.
    Usage: Dilute with tap water or distilled water to a 5% concentration; suitable for both standalone recirculation systems and centralized fluid supply systems.
