Rust-preventive special oil

Rust‑preventive special oil is a solvent‑dilutable rust inhibitor formulated with de‑aromatized solvent oil as the base stock, combined with rust inhibitors, corrosion retarders, and other additives. It features low aromatic content, low sulfur levels, and enhanced environmental safety, making it the mainstream choice for short‑term, medium‑term, and long‑term industrial storage as well as inter‑process rust protection.

Features

Environmentally friendly, safe, and gentle: Aromatic hydrocarbon content is less than 0.1%, with low sulfur and volatile organic compound (VOC) levels, meeting REACH and RoHS standards; it has a mild, non-irritating odor and is safe and environmentally friendly.
Long-lasting film-forming rust protection: This product features low viscosity and excellent penetration, allowing it to quickly infiltrate crevices and hard-to-reach areas of the workpiece. After the solvent evaporates, it forms a uniform, dense, ultra-thin protective oil film that effectively isolates moisture, salts, and oxygen. It exhibits superior oxidative thermal stability, resists degradation, and provides indoor rust‑prevention for 3 to 12 months.
Wide compatibility and easy to clean: It is non-corrosive to steel, iron, copper, aluminum, and galvanized or cadmium-plated materials, exhibits excellent compatibility with conventional plastics and rubbers, and does not cause swelling or discoloration. After unpacking, the workpiece can be easily cleaned with kerosene or a mild alkaline solution, leaving no residue and having no adverse impact on subsequent coating or assembly processes.

Application

Finished‑product storage and rust prevention: For hardware tools, precision sheet metal, automotive parts, electric motors, precision instruments, hydraulic components, and similar items, long‑term (6–12 months) storage is recommended.

Rust prevention for equipment and pipelines: Sealed‑in rust protection for idle machine tools, generator sets, compressors, boilers, and the inner walls of pipelines effectively safeguards internal cavities and hard‑to‑reach areas.

Metal surface pretreatment: Combines cleaning and rust‑prevention functions, removing oil, moisture, and light surface rust to provide a clean substrate for subsequent processes.
