The industrial alkaline heavy‑oil degreaser is formulated from a blend of composite alkaline additives, high‑efficiency surfactants, and penetrants, making it a water‑based cleaning agent.

Instructions for Use

Dilute according to the degree of oil contamination, at a ratio of 5% to 15% (10% to 15% for heavy oil stains, and 5% to 8% for light oil stains).
The operating temperature is 50–70°C, and the cleaning duration is 3–10 minutes.
After washing, rinse with clean water, then dry by blowing or allow to air-dry.

Application

Mechanical Manufacturing: Suitable for heavy oil‑grease cleaning of machine tools, molds, compressors, and gearbox housings.

Automotive Maintenance: Can be used for heavy‑oil degreasing of engine, transmission, and chassis components.

Heavy-duty equipment: Suitable for removing oil and grease from rollers in construction machinery, injection molding machines, and printing presses.

Hardware processing: Can be used in the heavy oil pre‑treatment process following machining of carbon steel and iron workpieces.
