Transformer-specific oil

Transformer oil is an insulating and cooling medium formulated from deeply refined naphthenic mineral base oils, blended with carefully selected antioxidant additives. It appears as a clear, transparent liquid. Primarily used in oil-immersed power transformers and other electrical equipment, it provides five essential functions—insulation, cooling, arc quenching, corrosion protection, and fault monitoring—making it a critical medium for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of power systems.

Oil for aerosol insecticides

It is a high-flash-point, low-aromatic, environmentally friendly saturated paraffinic solvent oil—colorless, odorless, and low‑toxicity—comprising a high‑purity paraffinic hydrocarbon blend. It serves as the core specialized solvent in household hygiene products such as aerosol insecticides and mosquito coils.

Kerosene

Kerosene is a hydrotreated, aromatics‑free environmentally friendly solvent oil, also known as heating kerosene or a specialized solvent for daily chemical applications. It is produced from petroleum fractions through deep hydrofining, desulfurization, dearomatization, and narrow‑cut fractionation. Colorless and transparent, odorless and low‑toxicity, with a high purity of saturated alkanes, it serves as an upgraded, eco‑friendly alternative to traditional kerosene.

Rust-preventive special oil

Rust‑preventive special oil is a solvent‑dilutable rust inhibitor formulated with de‑aromatized solvent oil as the base stock, combined with rust inhibitors, corrosion retarders, and other additives. It features low aromatic content, low sulfur levels, and enhanced environmental safety, making it the mainstream choice for short‑term, medium‑term, and long‑term industrial storage as well as inter‑process rust protection.

Special oil for wallpaper adhesive

Wallpaper adhesive‑specific oil is formulated with deeply hydrogenated, dearomatized solvent oil as its core raw material, refined through precise fractional distillation and desulfurization–dearomatization processes. It is an environmentally friendly alkane solvent specially designed for wallpaper adhesives and construction sealants. This product is colorless and odorless, with balanced volatility; it effectively adjusts adhesive viscosity and enhances application flow‑leveling, making it compatible with a wide range of residential wallpaper adhesive systems. It serves as an eco‑friendly, high‑performance solvent additive in the home‑improvement building‑materials sector.

Rubber plasticizer (4006/4010)

Rubber plasticizers are essential auxiliary materials in rubber processing. Composed primarily of refined alkanes and subjected to advanced hydrogenation and impurity removal processes, they enhance the processability, flexibility, and service stability of rubber. As indispensable compounding agents in rubber formulations, they are widely used in the production of various rubber products. CAS No. 64742-52-5.

Metal extractants (for minerals such as copper, nickel, and cobalt)

Metal extractants are high‑end organic auxiliary agents designed for the hydrometallurgical extraction and refining of rare earths and non‑ferrous metals (including cobalt, nickel, and others). They are primarily used in conjunction with mainstream extractant systems to optimize extraction processes, enhance product quality, and reduce costs, making them critical consumables in modern green hydrometallurgy.

Crude oil demulsifier

Crude oil demulsifiers are pure organic high‑molecular‑weight graft copolymers with a unique molecular structure. Upon dissolution in oily wastewater, they rapidly separate cutting oils, guide‑rail oils, rolling oils, and emulsified oils from water through interparticle adsorption–bridging and network‑capture mechanisms. They simultaneously remove oil, decolorize, and reduce COD, enabling one‑step demulsification and oil removal. This product exhibits excellent performance, rapid demulsification, and the ability to eliminate oily colloids; it achieves swift oil–water separation, with a decolorization rate exceeding 90% and a high COD removal efficiency, while generating minimal sludge.

Release agent

Release agent is a high‑efficiency, universal oil‑based release aid formulated from mineral oil, surfactants, and auxiliary additives. It features excellent penetration and lubrication, as well as uniform film formation. After spraying or brushing, it forms an isolating, lubricating film on the mold surface, effectively separating the molded part from the mold to ensure easy demolding, prevent sticking, and avoid damage to the mold. It is suitable for molding and demolding applications in industries such as rubber and plastics, concrete, building materials, and die casting.

Microemulsion cutting fluid

Microemulsifiable metalworking fluid: Primarily formulated from mineral oil, sulfonates, aluminum‑corrosion inhibitors, and other ingredients. Its core functions include providing lubrication, cooling, cleaning, and rust prevention during metalworking processes, making it suitable for precision operations such as cutting, grinding, drilling, and milling on a wide range of metals.

Vaseline

Vaseline is a petroleum jelly produced by blending residual oil wax with lubricating oils and then refining the mixture. Thanks to its high stability, low irritancy, and versatile compatibility, it has become a widely used consumable in the pharmaceutical, personal care, and industrial sectors. CAS: 8009-03-8.
